Delivery & Handling Charges
Delivery & Handling charge on shipments within the United States is $5.95 with delivery via United States Postal Service. We can only ship within the U.S.A. at this time.

Delivery Terms
All orders are subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We will attempt to ship accepted orders within 48 hours of acceptance. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct any errors or omissions that relate to the products, pricing and availability.

Pricing Policy
All our products are priced in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.

Methods of Payment
You can make your payment by most major Credit cards, or PayPal Account. Your credit/debit card statements will display as “MIXBRANDS LLC”.

Your credit/debit card will be debited after you place your order and receive approval, as is the case with most online stores.

Credit Card Security
The privacy of your personal information is important to us. Credit/debit card transactions are handled by PayPal Credit Services. Please do not email or send your credit/debit card details to us. We can not be responsible for your personal details if emailed or sent to us.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, except as otherwise noted:

Place your packing slip or other proof of purchase along with the product(s) to be returned in a mailing package. (Make and keep a copy of what you send us for your records)

Once the returned goods have been received and verified, your account will be credited, refund issued (to U.S. addresses only), or exchange made, as applicable. It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as return receipt. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

We do not reimburse you for any delivery or handling charges including postage.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items not purchased through this site.

Damaged Items

Please check your order when it arrives and in the event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours by phone at 1-877-569-3223 or email at customerservice@lulusplace.com. Include order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number for contact.

All orders are subject to acceptance by lulusplace.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.
